At Zar Beats, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Product must not be physically damaged

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or discounted items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
